Returns Policy
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Complete the return request form
  5. Wait for confirmation and instructions

Return Shipping

  • UK returns: Free returns label provided
  • International returns: Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Colour alternatives (if in stock)
  • Please note: We cannot exchange sale items

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings for hygiene reasons
  • Swimwear if the hygiene seal is broken
  • Sale items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Choose between repair, replacement or refund

International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency
  • Please allow additional processing time for international returns

Store Returns
Online purchases can be returned to our physical stores:

  • Bring your items and order confirmation
  • Same return policy applies
  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

Return Status
You can check the status of your return:

  • In your account under order history
  • Using the tracking number provided
  • Allow 2-3 days for processing after we receive your return

Holiday Returns
Extended return period for holiday purchases:

  • Items purchased between 1st November and 24th December
  • Can be returned until 31st January
  • All other return conditions apply
